no GI GRAPPlING cLASSeS in ludlow

Our No Gi grappling programme offers students the opportunity to learn a range of techniques pulled from Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, wrestling, judo and more. You will find all the info you need about our no gi classes on this page.

What you need to know

Open to: All levels and genders [18+, or 15-17 by special arrangement]

Location: Cast Iron Culture, Burway Trading Estate, Ludlow, SY8 1EN.

When: Every Monday [20:45 to 21:45] & every Wednesday [20:15 to 21:30]

What you need: Water, a gumshield, gi and suitable sports wear [no hard zips or toggles].

Class limit: Classes are limited to just 12 students

Cost: You can book classes 'pay-as-you-go' for £8 a session. Our membership packages average £5 a class and up.
